PROCEDURES:
JOB MANAGMENT FOR TECH:
PRE-JOB
1. Book the job with the office
2. Talk job scope with the estimator
3. Call client to confirm time (at least the day before)
JOB
4. Call office let know you are in route
5. Walk job with client
a. look over each item on estimate
b. adjust time as needed to each line items as you see fit
c. approve cost and read over the 8 points on the service agreement
d. get signiture
e. preform work
f. walk job at end with client
g. collect approval signiture and payment
POST-JOB
6. Call the office and inform them of:
a. job is completed
b. payment status
c. addtional estimate/work requested by client
d. your next stop
e. your hours
HOURS and SCHEDULE
NEW BUSINESS HOURS
10AM-6PM
WORK WEEK BREAKDOWN
10am on site
9:30am in communication availibility
Monday
-No jobs booked
-Leads meet at Hickman office 10am
-Figure our logistics for the week (trade jobs, make calls)
-Break off and prep for work (shop, get tools)
Tuesday-Friday
-Regularly booked jobs
